SHIPPING

DOMESTIC ORDERS

All orders placed within the contiguous United States will be delivered within 3-6 business days (unless otherwise noted on specific products). Please allow for up to 72 hours for order processing. Shipping is free for orders over $200 shipped within the US and Canada.

  • ECONOMY $0.00 OR $10.00 (7-10 BUSINESS DAYS)
*Orders over $200 will receive FREE Ground shipping within the Continental U.S

Shipping Guidelines apply to shipping within the contiguous United States only. Orders being shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, APO, FPO, and US Territories including Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Northern Mariana Islands, and Micronesia are considered non-domestic and are subject to longer ship times. No shipping guarantees on orders sent to manual review or backordered items. ICON SPORTIF is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery that result from factors outside its control such as inclement weather, acts of God, or any other shipper related issue(s). Under any circumstance, ICON SPORTIF is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We ship everywhere via USPS Priority Express. All International orders (excluding Canada) are shipped for a flat rate of $30.00 USD.

Duties are billed directly to customers.

RETURNS

RETURN POLICY

Should something not fit to your liking, we’re here to help you through the process. You have 7 days from your order delivery date to request a return and ship the product back to us. Please make sure that all items are unworn with the original tags attached.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase with order number. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

All items are returnable, with the exception of the following:

  • Items marked FINAL SALE
  • Gift Cards
  • Yoga Mats

Swimwear should be tried on over underwear for sanitary reasons, and must have protective hygiene strip intact.

 

EXCHANGES

We’re sorry, but currently we do not accept exchanges.

 

SHIPPING & HANDLING CHARGES

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Shipping charges on expedited orders are not refundable.

International Charges: If your order has been sent to a destination outside of the US, customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable through ICON SPORTIF. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly.

 

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

If you’d like to return something:

  • STEP 1
    Send us an email to customerservice@iconsportif.com with your Order # as the subject. Let us know which items you will be returning and the reason why you weren't in love with them 
  • STEP 2
    Once we’ve received your request, you’ll get an email with a Return Authorization form to fill out and include with your returned items.
  • STEP 3
    Box up your items and ship your return through an insured traceable carrier, as ICON SPORTIF cannot be responsible for lost, mis-delivered or damaged packages. We strongly recommend that you keep record of the tracking number. 
  • STEP 4
    An email notification will be sent to you once your package has been received and processed by ICON SPORTIF.
  • STEP 5
    Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment (except shipping charges) within 10 business days from the date of your return package arrival (please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from ICON SPORTIF). 

ICON SPORTIF reserves the right to refuse a return if merchandise received is not in its original condition or outside the 14 day return period.
